Falling off the Wagon...

Me 30 pounds lighter and no Double Chin

I'm sure some of you are wondering about how my progress is going with my 100 days & Toning weigh loss countdown ... lol!! How about no where, the 100 days ended on January 24th and I have nothing to show for it. I was so hyped initially and I felt like I was motivated. I did good for about 3 weeks and everything went down hill from there. I cannot go another summer without losing some weight and toning up... I brought a cute Mat and Abs Ball from TJ Maxx last week to start off with , I also bought a scale to keep track of my weight every week and I'm going to get back to the gym at my job starting tomorrow. I really have no excuse, I have a treadmill at home and I have the gym at my job on top of that my job provides us with clean socks, shorts and t-shirts to work out in, all I need to do is show up and bring my sneakers. The gym is awesome we have a clean locker room , showers, t.v.'s, classes, everything you can think of, I just need to do it like Nike... I'm going to take it one day at a time and set realistic goals this time. What happens with me is I start to  look at the pounds I need to lose and  I start to get overwhelmed. I'm really going to try to stay focused, I have 4 months before coats come off and after that June comes around and here comes summer. I want to have lost between 20-30 pounds and I would be satisfied. If you have any suggestions, exercise tips, recipes feel free to share! share! share! Losing weight is a lifestyle change so I don't really want to do any fad diets I need consistency in my life... Thanks for listening and letting me vent.

Overall Goals:
Stick to a 1,200 Calorie Meal Plan
Exercise at least 4-5 times a week
Stay Consistent & Motivated
Journal my Daily Meals
I'm just a regular girl from Brooklyn sharing my point of view. It's something about networking with real people who tried something; read something that you may want to read; went somewhere that you may want to go based off their experience. It’s not a celebrity getting paid to give their stamp of approval. Its’s a “REAL” person. I also represent for the Curvy Women all around the world... and my darkskin women too. Stay fit & Healthy no matter what size you are! Stick around I'm sure you will find something you like...
