Keeping up with the girlfriends

Some women think it's better to be friends with men. They feel that men are less drama then women. The fact of the matter is that men talk more than women. They are just as bad, if not worse than women and they can't give you the advice your girlfriends can give you, they don't have that emotional connection. But....MEN are not the topic today, GIRLFRIENDS are! I started reminiscing about my friendships and the good times that we shared together. Trying to get everyone in the same room to book a vacation or to set-up a simple dinner is such a big ordeal these days. Everyone is so busy with their husbands, boyfriends, jobs, children etc. When we do get together though it's always great! We have a good time, just one more memory to add to the pile. The point of this post is to make sure you continue to support your girlfriends no matter what and make time for them. Its hard not to judge, but you want your friends to come and tell you anything because they can trust you. Always listen first, if they want your opinion then give it. Most times we just want a listening ear, we can figure it out on our own. It's something about knowing you can pick up the phone and call someone who you can rely on. Good friends are hard to come by so when you get them keep them close and don't take your friendships for granted. We will need each other eventually.
I'm just a regular girl from Brooklyn sharing my point of view. It's something about networking with real people who tried something; read something that you may want to read; went somewhere that you may want to go based off their experience. It’s not a celebrity getting paid to give their stamp of approval. Its’s a “REAL” person. I also represent for the Curvy Women all around the world... and my darkskin women too. Stay fit & Healthy no matter what size you are! Stick around I'm sure you will find something you like...

Nice post but for me I've always found it easier to open up to my male friends than my female friends...it's been that way since I was a toddler lol...my best friends have mainly been guys and I love it that way
