Trey Songz Charity Concert in NYC "Angels with Heart"

It's always good when you hear that celebrities are giving back to there communities. "Mr.Steal Your Girl" Trey Songz hosted his first benefit concert for his new charity "Angels with Heart" in New York City on November 25th. I'm so glad that I was able to attend this event, the energy was crazy, everyone was excited to see Trey, the line was wrapped around the corner just to see him. Funk Master Flex opened the show, he got the crowd amped up and ready for Trey to come out... Lights darkened and angel wings appeared on the big screen with a 5 minute countdown, this only made us anticipate him coming out even more 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 the band starts to play music and you see smoke appear and Trey comes out singing "find a place" from Anticipation II its such a wonderful opening song if I may say so myself. I can not stop listening to this song because of that moment, it takes me right back to him walking down those steps with his fly glasses on, navy blue, red trimmed blazer and that sparkling smile. Mid-show Trey performed "the way you move" Neyo's new single, so you know it was only right for him to bring Neyo out, of course everyone went crazy, even the celebrities in the building had a good time, Irv Gotti and Jessica White were in the VIP area rocking. It was a party in the Hammerstein room that night... The concert ended with his single "Top of the World" it was a really emotional section of the concert, Trey sang his heart out, starting a foundation is a very pivotal highlight in ones career especially when you get to the point when you feel your in the position to help someone else in need.  Trey teared up a little, he brought his mom out , she greeted the fans, waving and smiling... Trey grabbed his mom as he continued to sing and hug her "Momma we made it" they walked up the steps and disappeared slowly into the stage while waving to the fans... All for a good cause!
