Well... Today starts a new Journey for me. I want to slim down... ever since I got married, the pounds have been creeping and I cant seem to get them off... I have so many nice skirts and pieces that I want to wear but I cannot fit them. I definitely want to keep my curves but I want to be toned and neat... The belly fat has to go ladies... Ugh! I can't take it, this stomach ruins outfits lol! ... I love my spanx but I would love to be free some days (without restriction) ... I have my hundred day calendar (idea from MTV's "I used to be fat"), I believe that is about 3 months and a week. I'm going to start eating better and focus on staying in the gym, at least 4 to 5 days a week. I'm not going to post everyday through out the hundred day process, but I'll keep you posted like every other week or so to let you know my progress... I signed up with weight watchers Saturday morning with my husband to get it started for the umpteenth time. I'm sure you beauties know how tough it is when your trying to lose weight. Let me know some of your secrets to success when it comes to eating right, workouts etc... put me on, all suggestions will help!
Check out my hundred day calendar... "MTV's I used to be fat" is back on and when I saw the second episode I got motivated again... Love that show!
